We try and get your order out as soon as we can. This means there is only a small window of time where we can make any changes to your order before it is set aside for shipping.

Please send us an email at support@bubbsanddrizzle.com as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

Our body goods have a shelf life of 12-24 months. To keep the products fresher longer, it is best to keep products in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight.  If the product you receive seems to be past its fresh date, please reach out to support@bubbsanddrizzle.com so we can help.

The plant-based oils in our products are great for those with dry, sensitive skin. If you have issues with products containing fragrance oils, we recommend using our products that only contain essential oils which are easier on skin. Of course, if irritation occurs you should discontinue use. 

Absolutely!  Free standard shipping is applied to all U.S. orders $50+.

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $50.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.  Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
